1. Booth bookings are confirmed only after the deposit is received and the contract is signed. 2. Deposits are non-refundable within 30 days of the exhibition start date. 3. Exhibitors must keep all products and displays within their booth boundary. 4. Expo Hub may update these terms; the latest version is always published on this page.

Privacy: we collect only the information needed to run exhibitions — contact details, brand information and verification documents — and never sell personal data.
